Adopt 6063-T5 aluminum alloy round logs, cut into short billets by sawing machine. Remove surface oxide scales and impurities, prepare raw material bllets for LED channel extrusion.

Preheat Billets & Special LED Die

Heat aluminum billets to 480℃ for high plasticity. Preheat the long thin open die specially for LED channels to 450℃, to avoid aluminum solidification, scratch and crack on thin-walled profiles.

High Pressure Extrusion Forming

Load heated billet into extrusion container. Thousands tons of hydraulic pressure push softened aluminum through customized U/V shape die, continuously extrude long LED channel blanks, whose cross-section fully copies the die cavity.

online air quenching & shaping

Online Air Quenching & Shaping

The hot thin LED channels are immediately cooled down by strong forced air blower. It stabilizes internal crystal structure and prevents bending deformation, laying foundation for aging treatment.

traction & stretching straightening

Traction & Stretching Straightening

Front tractor pulls profiles evenly to avoid twisting during extrusion. Then the stretcher stretches the channels slightly to eliminate internal stress, ensure perfect straightness for LED strip installation.

cnc fixed length precision sawing

CNC Fixed-length Precision Sawing

Cut long 6m LED channels into standard 1m/2m finished size via CNC sawing machine, burr-free cutting surface, tolerance controlled within ±1mm, trim scrap ends.

high temperature aging hardening

High Temperature Aging Hardening

Stack LED channels neatly and put into aging furnace, keep constant temperature at 175℃ for 5 hours. 6063 alloy achieves T5 temper with enough hardness and anti-deformation performance.

anodizing surface finishing

Anodizing Surface Finishing

Channels go through degreasing, alkaline etching, neutralization, electrolytic anodizing, sandblasting coloring and sealing. Dense alumina film forms with excellent heat dissipation & corrosion resistance. Main finishes: silver matte & black sandblasted. Powder coating is rarely used for heat dissipation consideration.

Drill holes and slot on channel side walls for screw fixing and clip installation, compatible with surface-mounted, recessed and suspended linear lamp structures.

QC staff inspect dimension, straightness, oxide thickness and surface defects with calipers and testing instruments. Sort and label qualified LED aluminum channels by specifications.

Stick protective film on inner & outer surfaces to avoid scratch during transportation. Equip paper corner protectors, wrap with thermal shrink film, pack into cartons and deliver to lamp factories for LED strip assembly.

We keep dozens of tons of raw aluminum materials in regular stock, covering aluminum billets, square bars and round bars. Following the extrusion process, LED aluminum channels are manufactured and warehoused by dimension.
Value‑added operations such as surface finishing, reinforcement, drilling, edge notching and cutting can be carried out according to customer specifications.

Standard lengths including 1m, 2m, 3m and 6m are kept in permanent stock. Finishes available are matte aluminum, white and black.
